Cancellation Policy

NitPickyUSA Appointment Cancellation Policy Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time through their account on our website, or by contacting NitPickyUSA directly. In order to avoid a cancellation fee, clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to deposit of the booked services. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, and who have not provided at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, will be considered "no-shows." No-Show Fees: No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked services. This charge will be processed using the payment method on file. Deposit Policy: For some services or at specific times, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. Non-Refundable Deposits: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or are a no-show, your deposit is non-refundable. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as emergencies or severe weather.
